Health Safety
Our campus health safety protocols were updated 12 May 2023
- All arriving STUDENTS click here to access the REQUIRED pre-arrival Hold Harmless agreement. This is only required once (since 1 January 2022), not for each visit. You will be issued a password to access the form by Student Services when your slot is confirmed.
- By proclamation of the White House, the National Emergency concerning the COVID-19 pandemic ended May 11, 2023. In order to align our Exposure Control Plan Policy with this declaration and the latest Florida updates, AMOP will no longer require COVID testing upon return from international travel. This will apply to all staff, students, members and visitors. Employees who have received a test date due to future international travel can disregard the testing. In addition, if you feel unwell or are displaying any illness related symptoms (i.e. cough, runny nose, fever, aches, chills, etc.) , do not come to work. Symptom based testing is available at the clinic and may be conducted on a voluntary basis.
