High Risk / Emergency Shiphandling for Masters
Prerequisites to attend:
- 2 years experience sailing as Master on vessels over 3000GT (minimum of 360 days of at sea service) AND
- have successfully completed STAR Center’s Adv Ship Handling for Senior Deck Officers
